Jelly and custard dessert Jelly dessert recipe Ingredients: Jello 4 cup water 2 pack instant strawberry jello pack Plastic dessert cups Custard 4 cup milk 1/2 cup Sugar 4 Tbsp instant vanilla custard powder 1/4 cup water Whipped topping 2 cups whipping cream/heavy cream/30% cream 1/4 cup Sugar Piping bag Serving for 10 Directions: In a pan boil 4 cups of water. Turn off heat and add 2 packs/1cup of instant jello mix, stir and mix until dissolved. Pour jello into dessert cups to 1/3 of cup. Chill in refrigerator until jello is firm. Mix 4 Tablespoons of instant custard mix, any flavour of your choice, I’ve used vanilla. Mix until dissolved completely. In a pan add 4 cups of Milk and simmer. Add 1 cup of sugar and stir constantly, then pour in custard mixture and stir constantly until thickened. Pour into jello cups and set aside to chill. In a bowl add 2 cup of whipping/heavy/30% cream and 1/4 cup sugar, then use a mixer to whip the cream until stir peaks. Take a plastic piping bag with any tip of your choice to decorate your cups with the whipped topping. If piping not available use any ziplock bag and cut 1” of one corner and squeeze to decorate. Chill and serve!
