In a bowl, a glass or a mason jar mix rolled oats, chia seeds. 2. In a glass mix with instant coffee (you also can use espresso shot). Add the mixture into the oats, add the sweetener and mix. 3. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight. 4. Before serving mix yogurt with sweetener. 5. Assembly: in a jar or a glass, layer half of the oat mix, then layer half of the yogurt, repeat one more time. At this stage you can keep it in the fridge (covered), up to 4-5 days. 6. When ready to serve, dust with cocoa powder.
